Sunglow 404 and 504 are our newest additions!! Each condo is available for rental year-round. They all have great views of the ocean due to the unique design of Sunglow's building with 404 and 504's walls at a 45 degree angle to the ocean instead of the typical 90 degree angles. Sunglow and SeaFern are on the world-famous Daytona Beach. The condos rent for a minimum of 4 days, weekly or monthly during various parts of the year. Daytona Beach Shores

This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath, direct ocean-front third-floor unit. The private balcony overlooks the pool, hot tub, sun deck, beach and ocean.  It sleeps up to 4 people, has a fully-equipped kitchen, flat-screen TVs, internet, and more.  This is strictly a smoke-free unit and pets are not allowed in the building.  Rentals have a 7-night minimum from April 1 through Labor Day, or less nights by owner approval, and a 4-night minimum from Labor Day to December 30.

Sunglow 404 and 504

These are both 1 bedroom, 1 bath condos with unique views of the ocean from the living/dining and kitchen areas due to the building's design.  They both have KING-size beds and QUEEN-size sofa-sleepers and LARGE, private balconies which overlook the Sunglow Pier, the beach and the ocean. Each sleeps up to 4 people, has a fully-equipped kitchen, flat-screen TVs, internet, and more.  They are smoke-free units and pets are not allowed in the building. Rentals have a 7-night minimum from June  through Labor Day (and occasionally 4 nights), and a 4-night minimum in May and from Labor Day through December 30.
 






SeaFern 201

This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, second floor direct ocean-front unit. Its private balcony overlooks the pool, the no-drive beach and the ocean.  The pool, and sun deck are next to the beach.  It sleeps up to 6 people, has a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 flat-screen TVs, private internet, and more.  This is strictly a smoke-free unit and pets are not allowed. Rentals have a 7 day minimum from May 1 through December 30. Monthly rentals are available from Labor Day through April 30.
